“Gay, fora d’aquí. Aquí mana l’islam”, és el que diuen a un professor de Berlin

Un professor de baixa per estrès explica l’experiència després d’anys d’assetjament en una escola pública amb majoria d’alumnes musulmans

Alemanya. Escola pública. Segle XXI. Però per a Oziel Inácio-Stech, professor a Berlín, l’escenari s’ha assemblat més a un règim teocràtic que a una democràcia europea. Durant anys, aquest professor obertament homosexual i jueu ha estat víctima d’insults, menyspreu i amenaces per part d’alumnes, majoritàriament de famílies musulmanes. Una de les frases que més sovint havia de sentir resumia tot el rebuig: “Gai, marxa d’aquí. L’islam mana aquí.”

El cas, publicat per Remix News, mostra fins a quin punt la intolerància religiosa pot deixar desemparats els que viuen d’acord amb els valors occidentals. Lluny de rebre suport institucional, aquest professor ha acabat amb un diagnòstic d’estrès posttraumàtic. No per haver estat en una guerra, sinó per intentar fer classe en un centre on els valors democràtics són sistemàticament humiliats pels qui es creuen amb dret a imposar la seva religió.

L’islamisme imposa la llei del silenci

Inácio-Stech no ha estat l’únic. Altres professors del mateix centre han descrit un ambient de censura ideològica i por. Qüestionar actituds masclistes, homòfobes o fanàtiques d’alguns alumnes és percebut com “islamofòbia”. Segons el mateix article, altres professors del centre han denunciat una manca de suport institucional en casos similars. Aquest xantatge moral ha aconseguit el seu objectiu: callar les víctimes i blanquejar els agressors.

El professor afirma que, malgrat haver informat de la situació, les autoritats escolars no van prendre mesures efectives. El cas va escalar fins a provocar-li problemes de salut mental i la necessitat de baixa mèdica.

L’Ajuntament de Berlín responsable del centre no ha fet declaracions públiques sobre aquest cas concret. Sí admet que en els darrers anys s’han registrat diverses denúncies relacionades amb la convivència en centres educatius multiculturals. La majoria per qüestions de religió, gènere i orientació sexual.

La tensió multicultural de les escoles alemanyes

Segons un informe del sindicat d’educadors GEW (Gewerkschaft Erziehung und Wissenschaft), diversos centres escolars de Berlín i d’altres ciutats alemanyes han informat d’un augment de tensions culturals i religioses a l’aula. En alguns casos, professors han denunciat pressions per no parlar d’educació sexual, evitar referències a l’Holocaust o ometre continguts relacionats amb la diversitat LGTBI.

Situacions similars s’han reportat en altres països europeus. A France, professors han denunciat pressions per evitar continguts sobre llibertat d’expressió, sexualitat o l’Holocaust. A Sweden, mestres de centres públics han alertat sobre la influència de normes religioses en l’educació de nois i noies en barris amb alta concentració migrant. A Austria, professors de centres d’acollida han relatat escenes de cridòria en àrab, partits de futbol dins l’aula i nul respecte per l’autoritat, tot generant preocupació pel futur de la convivència escolar.
