Eivissa paga als empresaris 9000 € al mes per cada menor migrant no acompanyat (Mena)

El Consell Insular d’Eivissa adjudica a SAMU un contracte de 7 milions d’euros públics que inclou un benefici de 200.000 € cada any.

El Consell d’Eivissa ha adjudicat a SAMU un contracte de 6,7 milions d’euros per a la gestió de 32 places d’acollida residencial per a menors estrangers no acompanyats (MENAs) durant dos anys. El contracte inclou la possibilitat de pròrroga fins a quatre anys a al mateix preu.

Davant l’increment d’arribades, el Consell va licitar el servei per “imperiosa urgència” a l’octubre de 2024. La notificació de l’adjudicació es va fer el 30 de gener de 2025 i ara s’ha fet públic a les xarxes socials i ha publicat la notícia El Periódico de Ibiza.

100.000 € per menor i 200.000 € de benefici

Com mostra el contracte que ha circulat per les xarxes, el cost anual per menor en el contracte adjudicat pel Consell d’Eivissa és exactament 105.000 euros per any. El mateix document especifica que l’empresa prestadora del servei aplica un marge de benefici del 6%, cosa que equival a un guany net d’uns 6.300 euros per menor i any, és a dir, més de 200.000 euros anuals si les 32 places estan ocupades.

L’arribada de Menas que no s’atura

La situació dels menors estrangers no acompanyats (MENAs) a Eivissa ha esdevingut crítica en els darrers anys. L’increment significatiu de les arribades d’algerians ha posat en tensió els recursos d’acollida i tutela disponibles. Les males relacions d’Espanya amb Algèria i la nula voluntat del govern espanyol per retornar-los posa en una situació límit el sistema d’acollida de l’illa.

Segons dades del Consell d’Eivissa, el nombre de MENAs ha augmentat notablement: de 22 el 2021, a 29 el 2022, 39 el 2023 i 109 fins al setembre de 2024. Aquest increment ha provocat una saturació del centre de menors Pare Morey, que, amb una capacitat per a 44 places, ha arribat a acollir fins a 48 MENAs i altres 8 menors, superant el 337% de la seva capacitat.
