Savage Petrov is a famous Salafist who preaches Islam (dawah) on TikTok. He answers all kinds of questions from the public, no matter how difficult or awkward they are.

A spectator asked if the Barça shirt is forbidden (forbidden for a Muslim) and the answer is yes. Therefore, a Muslim should not wear it.

Who is Savage Petrov?

Savage Petrov is a young man of Bulgarian origin who grew up in the Baix Llobregat in a Christian family. He attended a convent school but had many reservations about religion. Around 2022 he felt called to Islam and converted. His Muslim name is AbdAllah Petrov.

Since then he has led a rigorous Islamic life in line with his thinking and devotes himself to preaching on social media. He answers any question put to him, however strange, always from his own internal consistency and values. His mission is to bring the purest, most rigorist Islam to everyone, while also guiding Muslims. He in no way advocates violence.

His TikTok channel has 120,000 followers, four times as many on Instagram and 22,000 on YouTube. Within the Muslim community there are criticisms from some users who consider his style “too provocative” or that he “ridiculises” other religions. He never tries to sugarcoat Islam or deceive anyone; however harsh the response, he gives it and justifies it.
