Mohammad Nusairat, educated at the University of Illinois, combines an emerging career in the tech world with a preaching activity that has generated controversy. According to his CV, he holds a degree in Data Science and is pursuing a Master's in Computer Science, with experience in artificial intelligence projects, computer vision models, data platforms and software development. He has worked as a data scientist for a Fortune 200 company and has completed internships in software engineering and machine learning, participating in projects involving AI-assisted medical diagnosis and advanced data analysis tools.

But, at the same time, Nusairat develops a second activity. as an Islamic preacher in community settings and on university campuses in Chicago. From this platform, he articulates a highly ideological doctrinal discourse that explicitly rejects religious pluralism and defends the absolute supremacy of Islam.

Talks for men at Men of the Ummah

In the video, Nusairat He argues that Islam is not a religion intended to coexist with others, but to replace them.. His discourse presents Islam as the only legitimate, just and true system, and describes the rest of religions as forms of ’oppression“ that must be displaced.

Within the Men of the Ummah events, Nusairat speaks to male audiences seeking religious education and cohesion. Outside this setting, however, his discourse clashes with the values of pluralism and religious coexistence that characterise the city's social and university landscape.
