Dones marroquines de Lleida obtenien papers i ajudes amb denúncies falses

Els Mossos han desmantellat una xarxa de dones que simulaven violència de gènere per beneficiar-se del sistema d’ajudes públiques.

Una operació policial ha acabat amb la detenció de 14 immigrants en situació irregular a Lleida, la majoria de nacionalitat marroquina, acusades de simular ser víctimes de violència masclista per aconseguir papers i accedir a prestacions socials. Segons ha informat El Mundo, la investigació ha posat al descobert una xarxa organitzada que utilitzava denúncies falses per aprofitar els mecanismes de protecció legal existents.


Les dones actuaven de manera organitzada i captaven homes en situació vulnerable —molts amb addiccions— als quals oferien diners o favors a canvi de fer-se passar per parelles violentes. Aquests homes fingien agressions en espais públics per donar credibilitat a les denúncies.

Simulacions ben planificades

Per fer més creïbles les denúncies, les implicades es feien fotografies prèvies amb els suposats agressors i els demanaven que deixessin objectes personals a casa seva, simulant una convivència real. Aquest muntatge servia per activar la via legal que permet obtenir permisos de residència i treball per motius humanitaris en casos de violència masclista.

Algunes de les dones havien arribat a Lleida procedents de Huelva i exercien la prostitució en pisos del Barri Antic, on s’han efectuat diversos escorcolls.

Els beneficis socials de ser víctima de violència de gènere

Que una immigrant sigui reconeguda com a víctima de violència de gènere li dona accés a diversos avantatges legals i socials. Les dones en situació irregular poden obtenir autorització de residència i treball sense necessitat de complir altres requisits administratius. A més, tenen prioritat per accedir a ajudes públiques com prestacions socials, habitatge i programes d’inserció laboral. També poden rebre suport econòmic com la renda activa d’inserció si es troben a l’atur i sense ingressos.

Delictes múltiples i una trama en expansió

Els Mossos investiguen les detingudes pels delictes de simulació de delicte, falsedat documental, denúncia falsa, col·laboració amb la immigració irregular i pertinença a organització criminal. Tot i que de moment s’ha confirmat la detenció de 14 persones, la policia catalana no descarta nous arrestos en els pròxims dies.

Aquest cas s’afegeix a un fenomen creixent detectat en altres punts de l’Estat, on xarxes organitzades intenten utilitzar les lleis de protecció a les víctimes de violència de gènere com a via fraudulenta per obtenir beneficis legals i econòmics.
