Múrcia fa com Madrid i també retira el pla d’ensenyament d’àrab i islam del Marroc (PLACM)

Falta la comunicació oficial però els professors ja han dit als centres que la conselleria l’ha cancel·lat. El Consolat del Marroc ho confirma.

Informen mitjans com Onda Regional o La opinión que tot indica que el Programa de Llengua Àrab i Cultura Marroquí (PLACM) no s’iniciarà el curs 2025-2026 a la Región de Murcia. La conselleria no s’ha pronunciat però tant el Consulat del Marroc com els centres educatius consultats afirmen que no es farà.

De Moment, la conselleria del govern del PP només diu que la intenció és «cumplir l’acord de pressupostos». L’acord amb VOX inclou cancel·lar l’assignatura. Malgrat la manca de confirmació oficial el pla ja no apareix a la web del govern regional. Si finalment es confirma la retirada, seria la segona comunitat autònoma que ho fa, després que la Comunitat de Madrid anunciés la seva supressió a finals de juliol.

El programa pel curs que comença dilluns estava previst que arribés a 348 estudiants de 10 escoles de Múrcia de El Palmar, San Pedro del Pinatar, Águilas y Torre Pacheco. Una minoria tenint en compte que la regió te uns 220.000 estudiants.

Un programa polèmic per la falta de control

La Comunitat de Madrid va justificar la cancel·lació del Programa de Llengua Àrab i Cultura Marroquina al·legant manca de garanties i de supervisió. El govern autonòmic va assenyalar que la selecció de docents per part del Marroc no assegurava una formació pedagògica adequada ni el domini del castellà. Tampoc veien correcte no tenir cap mena de control sobre les programacions ni de les activitats a les aules. Segons Madrid, aquestes disfuncions impedien un funcionament correcte del pla i comprometien la qualitat educativa.

El programa també ha rebut crítiques pel seu contingut, ja que, tot i ser extracurricular i voluntari, incorpora aspectes de religió islàmica i cultura tradicional marroquina. Diverses veus han expressat la por que pugui incloure també elements de política marroquina que poden anar en contra dels interessos d’Espanya com és el cas de la situació de Ceuta, Melilla o Canarias.

El Programa de Llengua Àrab i Cultura Marroquina està vigent a Espanya des de l’any 1994, fruit d’un acord bilateral entre el govern espanyol i el del Marroc. Es tracta d’una activitat adreçada principalment a alumnes d’origen marroquí, i que no té cap cost per a les comunitats autònomes. El finançament i la contractació del professorat depenen directament del Ministeri d’Educació del Marroc. Les comunitats autònomes només posen les aules.

A Catalunya, el Programa de Llengua Àrab i Cultura Marroquina es desenvolupa actualment en 118 centres educatius en horari extraescolar, però també s’imparteix dins de l’horari lectiu en 4 escoles. Això passa quan hi ha un nombre suficient d’alumnes interessats i és quan el funcionari marroquí passa a formar part de la plantilla del centre.
