La Xina obliga els musulmans a gravar-se menjant durant el Ramadà

Cada dia han d’enviar un vídeo a les autoritats per demostrar que no segueixen el dejuni religiós.

Segons ha informat Radio Free Asia, diversos ciutadans uigurs han denunciat que les autoritats els exigeixen enviar vídeos diaris mostrant com mengen, com a prova que no estan complint amb el dejuni religiós. “Allà on vagi, ja sigui al mercat o a l’hospital, he de gravar un vídeo de mi dinant cada dia i enviar-lo a l’equip”, explicava un dels afectats.

Aquesta pràctica forma part d’una política més àmplia del govern xinès, que ja fa anys que imposa restriccions a la pràctica de l’islam a la regió de Xinjiang, sota el pretext de combatre l’extremisme religiós. El dejuni durant el Ramadà, les oracions col·lectives o l’ensenyament religiós als infants han estat prohibides o severament limitades en diversos punts del país.
