Nenes de 6 anys amb vel i abaies negres, pregàries, dibuixos sense rostre i el turc com a llengua. Els estatuts invoquen “els valors laics francesos”.

Relata Le Figaro que el prefecte de l’Ardèche ha ordenat el tancament immediat d’un local al centre d’Annonay que funcionava com una escola islàmica clandestina. A l’exterior, l’espai semblava una joieria en desús però a l’interior acollia una extraescolar no autoritzada per a nenes d’entre 5 i 11 anys. Les activitats incloïen ensenyament alcorànic, pregàries i treballs manuals amb iconografia islàmica. Segons Le Figaro, els inspectors van observar dibuixos de mesquites, llunes creixents i figures humanes sense rostre, una pràctica habitual en entorns religiosos rigoristes.

El diari també assenyala que el turc era la llengua utilitzada de manera habitual per les voluntàries que dirigien el centre, algunes de les quals no parlaven francès. Això reforça la idea d’un espai tancat culturalment i religiosament, allunyat del marc educatiu laic.

Avisos d’adoctrinament de nenes molt petites

La intervenció de les autoritats es va produir després de diversos avisos sobre possibles pràctiques d’adoctrinament religiós radical i d’una tasca prèvia d’intel·ligència per part dels serveis de l’Estat. Davant aquests indicis, es va activar una inspecció sorpresa de la Cellule de Lutte contre l’Islamisme et le Repli Communautaire (CLIR), l’estructura de l’administració francesa encarregada de detectar, coordinar i actuar contra activitats islamistes clandestines i dinàmiques de replegament comunitari, especialment quan afecten menors i es desenvolupen fora de qualsevol control institucional.

El centre estava gestionat per l’associació “Harmonie et Fraternité”, creada el 2016, sense pàgina web, sense activitat pública coneguda i desconeguda fins i tot per l’alcalde de la ciutat. En els seus estatus diuen que tenen com a l’objectiu «organitzar, promoure i desenvolupar l’educació, les activitats, la cultura, l’oci i els esports d’acord amb els valors comportamentals de la societat francesa laica «. Tot i presentar-se formalment com un “moviment juvenil i d’educació popular” , l’entitat no disposava de cap autorització per a l’acollida col·lectiva de menors, no havia declarat l’activitat, no mantenia registres d’inscripció ni d’assistència i no podia acreditar cap titulació ni certificació del personal responsable.

Fonts citades pel diari indiquen que les autoritats d’Annonay feia temps que seguien la comunitat turca local, inclosa una mesquita vinculada a la confederació islàmica radical Milli Görüş. Els avisos, informes i la tasca d’intel·ligència sobre aquest entorn van portar els serveis de l’Estat a prestar atenció a activitats associatives paral·leles, com aquest centre extraescolar on pares turcs portaven les filles quan sortien de l’escola.

Les façanes legals per a activitats religioses radicals a França

Un cas recent als Hauts-de-Seine il·lustra aquest patró de camuflatge. El maig de 2025, la prefectura va ordenar el tancament d’un centre d’aprenentatge d’idiomes que es presentava com una acadèmia de llengües estrangeres, principalment d’àrab. Els serveis de l’Estat van concloure que el centre funcionava en realitat com una escola alcorànica amagada sota l’aparença d’un institut d’idiomes. Durant la inspecció, els agents van localitzar materials i indicis que apuntaven a una orientació religiosa rigorista

A França, aquests tancaments s’emmarquen en una política activa de control de centres educatius i associatius que operen fora del marc legal. A Catalunya, en canvi, el debat adopta una altra forma i les autoritats han optat fins ara per no intervenir davant aquest tipus d’iniciatives. A França, els informes sobre els Germans Musulmans han portat l’Estat i les prefectures a actuar, però a nivell municipal la resposta continua sent desigual, condicionada per la complicitat municipal amb l’islam.
