Àustria descobreix un infiltrat dels Germans Musulmans als serveis secrets

Acusen un agent dels serveis secrets d’haver filtrat informació sensible sobre investigacions de terrorisme als Germans Musulmans.

Segons informen diversos mitjans austríacs com Exxpress i Heute, un empleat de la Direcció de Protecció de l’Estat i Intel·ligència (DSN) ha estat acomiadat i es troba sota investigació penal per presumptament haver filtrat informació confidencial als Germans Musulmans.

Les informacions de la premsa austríaca expliquen que l’agent hauria compartit informació classificada vinculada a investigacions sobre terrorisme i extremisme islamista, incloent noms i dades d’objectius sota vigilància. El diari Exxpress assegura que l’empleat va ser detectat gràcies a un control intern de seguretat, després que col·legues alertessin d’irregularitats en l’ús de documents confidencials.

Les sospites es van convertir en certeses quan espies d’afers interns de la DSN van descobrir trobades no justificades amb membres del grup islamista.

Acomiadat i denunciat

El diari Heute confirma que el Departament de Protecció de l’Estat i Intel·ligència (DSN) ha obert una investigació formal i que l’home ha estat acomiadat de manera immediata. Ara el cas passa ara a mans de la fiscalia austríaca especialitzada en delictes de seguretat nacional.

Ni el Ministeri de l’Interior ni la DSN han fet declaracions públiques sobre la naturalesa exacta de la informació filtrada. Fonts polítiques admeten que es tracta d’un incident “extremadament delicat” que podria haver posat en risc operacions antiterroristes en curs i fonts d’informació sobre grups radicals.
