La cèl·lula desmantellada es dedicava a l’adquisició de components essencials per a la fabricació de drons kamikaze. La investigació va començar després de detectar transaccions sospitoses fetes per empreses espanyoles administrades per libanesos. Adquirien materials i components necessaris per construir aeronaus no tripulades amb capacitat per transportar explosius.

La investigació ha confirmat la compra massiva de materials per fabricar drons, com motors, components electrònics de guiament, hèlixs, rodaments i més de dotze tones de resines i enduridors per construir-ne l’estructura. Hezbollah ha llançat nombrosos atacs amb drons contra Israel i s’hi han trobat peces com les adquirides per la xarxa desmantellada.

Tres libanesos detinguts

La Guàrdia Civil ha detingut a tres libanesos al número 501 del Carrer València i s’ha endut documentació. Precisament, l’operació s’ha dut a terme al mateix domicili on, el passat mes de juliol, ja es van detenir tres suposats terroristes libanesos vinculats a Hezbol·là.
