En aquestes imatges, es veu l’alcalde John B. Muns dins del Centre Islàmic de Plano Est (EPIC), una mesquita coneguda per les seves posicions radicals. Mentre l’alcalde Muns reparteix reconeixements públics a la mesquita EPIC, els seus líders executen un pla molt més ambiciós: la construcció d’EPIC City, una comunitat islàmica tancada de 160 hectàrees que està provocant enfrontaments entre polítics i ciutadans.
