L’infern a les aules d’acollida a Àustria: “Cridòria en àrab, futbol a l’aula i zero respecte”

Una professora de llengua alemanya que treballa al programa educatiu subvencionat per Àustria ha trencat el silenci sobre les condicions caòtiques que es viuen a les aules destinades a nens i joves migrants. En declaracions anònimes al mitjà Exxpress, l’educadora denuncia una falta total de respecte, violència simbòlica i una actitud de rebuig sistemàtic cap a l’aprenentatge.

La professora ho descriu sense embuts. “Passo dues hores lluitant contra un rebuig absolut d’aprendre.” Més que una aula, diu, sembla un camp de batalla: alumnes que criden, juguen a futbol entre pupitres, llencen els exercicis a terra o surten de classe sense permís. Alguns exigeixen fer pauses per resar, d’altres apareixen només un cop al mes o, directament, no venen.

Hi ha hagut casos greus. En un d’ells, una professora va sortir a buscar un alumne que havia marxat, i un grup d’estudiants va aprofitar per tancar-la dins l’aula. “No puc ni fer servir la pissarra electrònica. Cada cop que l’encenc, un alumne la desconnecta”, explica. Un altre mestre és constantment ridiculitzat per un grup de nois. “Alguns companys marxen plorant.”

Quan el professor és musulmà, el comportament canvia

La professora destaca un contrast que l’ha deixat perplexa. Quan ella o altres mestres no musulmans entren a l’aula, els alumnes gairebé mai saluden. No hi ha cap mostra de respecte ni de reconeixement. Però quan qui entra és un professor musulmà, l’actitud dels alumnes canvia radicalment.

“Només saluden si el mestre és musulmà. Llavors sí, el reben amb somriures, amb respecte, fins i tot amb una certa admiració”, explica. Aquest doble tracte genera incomoditat entre el professorat i alimenta un sentiment d’exclusió cultural dins l’entorn educatiu.

Aquesta situació ha provocat tensions dins els equips docents. Alguns mestres perceben que el seu origen o la seva religió és el motiu pel qual no reben respecte dels alumnes. Altres, fins i tot tenint arrels culturals similars, afirmen que no poden treballar amb normalitat. “Hi ha alumnes que només respecten qui perceben com un dels seus. La resta, som ignorats.”

Quan se’ls pregunta què els agrada d’Àustria, alguns alumnes responen: “Res de res.” La manca d’afinitat amb el país que els acull reforça la sensació de rebuig i fa encara més difícil establir vincles positius a l’aula.

Una inversió pública que no dona fruits

El programa rep una inversió important. Cada sessió de dues hores costa 57 euros per professor, finançats amb fons públics. L’Ajuntament de Viena també proporciona llibretes, llapis, bolígrafs i tot el material escolar necessari, de manera gratuïta per a les famílies.

Tot i això, la implicació dels estudiants és mínima. “Deu alumnes registrats i només en ve un”, lamenta. Aquesta desconnexió constant genera frustració entre els docents, que veuen com els esforços no donen resultat ni tan sols en l’assistència més bàsica.

La professora denuncia que molts alumnes, tot i viure a Àustria des de fa anys, no tenen competències bàsiques en alemany. “El passat? No en tenen ni idea. Fer una frase amb estructura correcta? Tampoc.” Aquestes mancances dificulten molt qualsevol progrés. Inclús en centres de secundària superior, com els AHS, hi ha joves incapaços de construir frases mínimament coherents.

Això demostra, segons la docent, que el problema no és només de disciplina, sinó també d’un fracàs estructural del sistema educatiu.
