El rei del Marroc paga l’àrab en horari lectiu a les escoles catalanes

4 escoles catalanes ja ofereixen àrab i cultura marroquina en horari lectiu. 118 ho fan en horari extraescolar.

El Programa de Llengua Àrab i Cultura Marroquina (PLACM) s’imparteix en un total de 122 centres educatius de Catalunya durant el curs 2024-2025. D’aquests, 4 escoles l’ofereixen dins de l’horari lectiu, mentre que els 118 restants les imparteixen fora de l’horari escolar.

Aquesta informació s’ha extret de la resposta parlamentària a una petició d’informació del grup parlamentari Vox a Catalunya i que ha difós La Razón. El mateix partit polític ha demanat la suspensió del programa perquè «posa en risc la cultura nacional» i afavoreix «la segregació de l’alumnat d’origen marroquí».

L’eina del Marroc per «salvaguardar la identitat»

Un dels objectius de la fundació del rei del Marroc és «proporcionar a l’alumnat marroquí una formació que li permeti salvaguardar la seva identitat i viure la seva cultura«. Això inclou aprendre o mantenir el coneixement de la llengua àrab i conèixer aspectes de la cultura marroquina, com les tradicions, la història, les festes, els costums o la religió.

En la seva resolució, Vox demana al Govern a suprimir el PLACM amb l’objectiu de “garantir la cohesió social i la nostra identitat cultural”. Afegeix que, a més, va en contra de la integració de l’alumnat procedent del Marroc.

El rei del Marroc paga els professors i en té el control

Les classes d’àrab i cultura del Marroc les imparteixen docents enviats pel Ministeri d’Educació Nacional del Marroc, específicament destinats a Catalunya. La selecció d’aquest personal es fa des del Marroc per mitjà de la Fundació Hassan II. Aquesta entitat també assumeix el pagament dels sous del professorat.

Precisament, Vox també ha argumentat que la falta de control sobre els professors també és motiu per suspendre el programa. Ho ha exemplificat amb el cas d’Ayman Adlbi, antic president de la Comissió Islàmica d’Espanya, actualment sota investigació per possibles relacions amb el terrorisme. El partit considera que casos com aquest fan sorgir dubtes sobre la fiabilitat i el rigor dels processos de selecció dels docents.

El Programa d’Ensenyament de Llengua Àrab i Cultura Marroquina (PLACM) s’inscriu dins del marc de col·laboració bilateral entre els governs d’Espanya i del Marroc signats per Pedro Sánchez. El Govern espanyol recomana a les comunitats autònomes un mínim de 10 hores lectives setmanals per a aquesta assignatura. A més, és obligatori incloure els resultats de l’avaluació dels alumnes als butlletins de qualificacions.
