Segons dades fetes públiques per NIUS arran d’una petició parlamentària del diputat de l’AfD Martin Hess, el 50,9% dels sospitosos de violació en grup a Alemanya l’any 2024 no tenien passaport alemany, malgrat representar només el 16,9% de la població. En total, es van investigar 1.011 persones per aquest delicte, de les quals 515 eren estrangeres. Això vol dir que un estranger té cinc vegades més probabilitats estadístiques de ser sospitós d’una violació en grup que un alemany.
