Segons informa El Periódico Mediterráneo, un marroquí ha estat condemnat a vuit anys de presó a Castelló per casar-se amb una menor de 15 anys i esclavitzar-la. A més, també imposa cinc anys de llibertat vigilada, una indemnització de 30.000 euros per a la víctima i la prohibició d’acostar-se a menys de 500 metres d’ella.

L’home tenia un control total sobre la vida de la noia: li feia fer tasques domèstiques per ell i resta d’habitants de la casa i havia de tenir plena disposició sexual per a ell. No li permetia tenir relació amb ningú, decidia si anava a l’institut o no i, fins i tot, van tenir un fill.

Precisament va ser l’institut qui va alertar que alguna cosa no anava bé. Rràpidament la noia va ser atesa a un centre d’atenció a la dona i posada sota tutela de les autoritats.

Fingien ser tiet i neboda

El matrimoni es va celebrar al Marroc segons la xaria però no tenia validesa a Espanya. Per això, el condemnat va dir a l’adolescent que no podia explicar a ningú quin tipus de relació tenien. La solució va ser ordenar ordenar que digués a tothom que ell era el seu oncle.

A causa d’aquests fets, la menor va veure greument perjudicat el seu desenvolupament personal i sexual, patint episodis d’ansietat i estrès que han tingut un impacte significatiu en el seu creixement emocional i evolutiu, segons recull la sentència.
